Reuters Puts Rand at 16.37 as FXStreet Reports Societe Generale View

Reuters put the dollar at 16.3726 rand at 8:28 a.m. ET (12:28 UTC) on Oct. 21, while FXStreet reported a Societe Generale view placing the exchange rate near a key long-term average.
Reuters had quoted the pair at 16.4075 at 1:42 a.m.
