[SMM Analysis] China's Copper Scrap Import Landscape Shifts in 2025 - Japan Replaces US as Top Supplier

The latest data from the General Administration of Customs shows that in December 2025, China imported 239,000 mt in physical content of copper scrap and shredded copper scrap, up 14.81% MoM and 9.88% YoY.
